Larry Farnese and Rush Street Gaming executives Neil Bluhm and Greg Carlin. SugarHouse General Manager Wendy Hamilton will be joined by Philadelphia City Council President Darrell Clarke, Councilman Mark Squilla, Congressman Bob Brady, state Sen. Among the development's highlights are an expanded gaming floor, a new covered parking garage, the brand-new 'Poker Night in America' room and a multipurpose Event Center to go with a slew of new restaurants, from Geno's and Saxby's to Chicago-based Hugo's Frog Bar & Chop House. The project, a 150,000-square-foot expansion, more than doubled the Delaware Avenue casino's size to 260,000 square feet since ground was broken in July 2014. Philadelphia's SugarHouse Casino will officially cut the ribbon next Monday in Fishtown to mark the conclusion of a $164 million expansion completed over a nearly two-year period.
